Terms And Conditions
The terms and conditions policy and waiver of limitation of liability are considered to be agreed and accepted in full, without exclusion and/or to the person making the request and booking on behalf of themselves and all their guests and/or their group.
To respect and safeguard the peaceful and quiet environment, excessive noise as shouting or loud music are not accepted.
The removal of furniture, fixtures, chattels and equipment is not permitted. Installation of equipment and appliances and devices such as speakers, lights is not permitted.
Guests are required to take reasonable care of all furnishings, equipment, and facilities so as to leave the premises in a State of reasonable clean and well lit.
Villas Light House reserves the right of admission to non-resident guests.
Bicycle parking is to be in the designated area, not bicycles outside the gate or along the way.
The cost of electricity is expensive on Gili Trawangan. guests are asked not to leave the air conditioning, fans and lights on unnecessarily, when they are not in the room.
Villas Light House recommend guests take out travel insurance for the duration of their trip, which covers illness, repatriation, injury, death, loss or damage to personal effects, travel and itinerary changes and cancellations.
We have reasonable intend to enforce our terms and conditions and evict any violators without giving them no refund.
Check in from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Check-out from 8:00 am to 10.30 am
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the list price of the room in case of late check outs up to 4 hours and 90% of the list price of the room for late check outs from 4 to 8 hours.
Policies for children and extra beds
Children are very welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge (in existing bedding).
One older child or adult is charged 40% of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
The room cannot accommodate any crib.
In a maximum of 3 adults can be accommodated. With extra single bed
You consider adult from 4 years up.
Only in one case it is possible to accommodate 4 people, when you have a child under 4 years, which can be accommodated in parents ‘ bed
The total number of guests must not exceed the number indicated on the reservation. To change the number of guests, you will have to follow the normal procedure forthis form to other people.
Payment and cancellation policies

The customer can change or cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount if you cancel or change in 30 days prior to arrival. If the customer does not occur, you must pay the total amount.

Disclaimer of responsibility
N we assume no liability for loss of life, physical or mental damage, personal accidents and/or damage to equipment and personal effects to any and all guests and visitors of Villas Light House. We do not accept responsibility for any disruption, claims, costs or expenses directly or indirectly arising from events such as, but not limited to: late arrivals, delays, cancellations and diversions of flights, missed connections and cancellations, rerouting of flights or boats, boats lost or carrier connections, change of plans, Act of omission of any party, the absence of valid travel documents or passports visas health certificates or , breakdown of machinery and equipment, work problems, family problems related, quarantine, economic changes, disease, civil strifeand unrest, strikes, weather conditions, natural events and disasters, acts of Governments. Therefore, if you booked to stay in Villas Light House, guests and visitors agree that Villas Light House, its owners, their heirs, staff, operators, management, supervisors and agents are not liable for any injuries or deaths, and damage arising from participation in or use of: a bicycle, horse cart (cidomo) and other vehicles , horseback riding, boating, sailing, trekking, hiking, scuba diving, surfing, deep sea fishing, standing body boarding, parasending, trampoline, gym facilities, swimming pool, swimming pool and the ocean, going from high areas and stairs, electrical accidents, mechanical breakdowns, slip and trip on dry or wet tile/floor and stairs, jamming between the doors and Windows and broken glass and accidents accidents. Villas Light House may also terminate a contract for any reasonable cause, which may include, but is not limited to: acts of God or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Villas Light House which prevent the performance of the contract; the client intentionally or negligently provides inaccurate and/or misleading information or conceals material facts when booking rooms, for whose identity or the customer’s ability to pay, as well as the purpose of the stay can be all material facts considered; 6. The resort has reasonable grounds to believe the permanence of the customer would endanger smooth business operations of Villas Light House or safety or impair the reputation of Villas Light House in public with these risks being outside influence orcontrol of Villas Light House. 7. The purpose of the stay is illegal.
